QUESTION:  I know the excerpt has to be double-spaced, but does the synopsis have to be as well? I'm having trouble fitting the synopsis onto a single-spaced page as it is, but I have managed to pull it off, thankfully.

My synopsis, printed in standard 12-point Times New Roman, single-spaced, on one page, is 627 words.
On the Submittable entry form, the synopsis word limit is either 150 – 300 or 350 words.
I can submit the printed version, which apparently complies with the rules, but I wonder about the conflicting word limits.

      Hugh,

We’ve expanded the synopsis word limit to 750 words, which should cover the one page single-spaced.

      Thanks for pointing this out.
